Kintu Designs has the systematic process manual right from the query comes to the proposed Project Completion which has been the example for the dedication and sophistication Kintu has shown so far.

The Process starts with the Customer Inquiry; Inquiry may come through any medium i.e. Email, Telephone Call or instant chat; The inquiry is handled by Kintu Team which is master in entertaining and handling client queries. This client query is, then, forwarded to Technical Team specially designed to entertain such queries which includes expert people from various dept. This Technical team does the feasibility study and makes a proposal whether it would be a Fixed Cost Price Model (Project Basis) or it would be Time & Material Model (Hire Basis). Now the inputs derived from the technical team is feed to Kintu Team which has entertained the client query and it represent the proposal to Proposed Client.

Now at this stage, if Prospect rejects the proposal then query is discarded and if proposal is accepted then one Contract Agreement is made which includes the terms of work, nature of prototype, term of payment, expected timeline, etc and both the parties agrees to proceed according to the Contract Agreement. This Agreement, at the work place, is taken care by the Project Manager and Developers combindly who keep the track of entire details of the system engineering. On the other hand they also keep the client updated with the progress in assignment and handover the entire project as per the deadline decided so far.
